**Pre-Order Policy**
As part of The Cardshark Emporium's premium service, we offer customers the convenience of pre-ordering exclusive products before their official release date. This allows you to secure your items in advance.
We begin taking pre-orders only after confirming stock allocation from our suppliers to provide peace of mind and avoid disappointments. However, please note that allocations may occasionally change due to supplier constraints. In these rare instances, some pre-orders may be moved to back-order status. If this occurs, customers may request a full refund for any back-ordered items.
Please review the following Terms and Conditions for our Pre-Order Policy:
**Pre-Order Official Release Dates & ETAs**
We list release dates and Estimated Times of Arrival (ETAs) for all pre-order products where possible. While we do our best to ensure accuracy, ETAs are subject to change due to external factors, including supplier or manufacturing issues. We will keep customers informed of any updates related to pre-orders as soon as we are notified of delays. For any significant delays, please refer to our Returns Policy should you wish to cancel or modify your order.
**When Will My Pre-Order Ship?**
Pre-ordered items will be dispatched or available for pick-up as stock arrives, or on the official release date if set by the publisher. This ensures we comply with publisher requirements, and customers can pick up items on release day or expect dispatch soon after.
**Orders with Multiple Pre-Orders or In-Stock Products**
For orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items, or multiple pre-orders with varying release dates, we will hold the entire order until all items are available. To split an order for immediate dispatch of in-stock items, please contact Customer Service. We offer free split orders for pick-up, while additional shipping charges apply for dispatched orders.
**Can I Cancel My Pre-Order?**
To cancel a pre-order, please contact our support team at **thecardsharkemporium@gmail.com** or via our social media channels at least 3 days before the release date.
**Can I Pre-Order Cases?**
Yes, we offer case pre-orders. Cases typically include a full product set of 6-12 boxes. A 40% deposit is required to reserve cases, with a final invoice sent 4 weeks before the release date. This deposit is fully refundable if the order is cancelled before the final invoice is sent. After the final invoice, the deposit will no longer be refundable.
