There was a small mix-up with my collection, but he went above and beyond to make it right. He personally delivered my order to my home that same evening and even included a lovely gift, which was completely unexpected and so appreciated.

He was incredibly kind, apologetic and genuine throughout the whole interaction. Things don’t always go perfectly, but it’s how a business handles those moments that really matters, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service.

Thank you so much for going out of your way for us. I’ll definitely be purchasing again! 😊
